Equipment is rented monthly (except harvest) after the following requirements are met.
- Completed and signed contract
- Positive credit report on file
- Certificate of insurance showing Aulick Industries as loss payee.
- Deposit of $1000.00*
- First period of rent paid ahead. (rent is always due before use periods)
*Deposit is required and will be returned after the trailer has been run through our shop. Allow up to one month for deposit return. After harvest, we have 250+ trailers to send through the shop upon return. We do our best to get this done in a timely manner.

Equipment Condition: Our rental trailers are usually less than 2 years old. We run virgin casing tires, no caps. Every trailer is tagged, registered and has a current DOT inspection. All trailers are inspected upon return before they are pit in the "ready to rent" yard.
